Manny’s Cocktail Corner: Pinya Punch

Yes, we have another cocktail post for y’all because it’s patio season and why not?

Here’s another quick and easy cocktail recipe to take you away to the islands. ‘Pinya’ is Tagalog for ‘pineapple’–Tagalog being our native tongue from the Philippines. We hope you guys like this. It’s so easy to make and so easy to drink. So, do be careful!!!

Pinya Punch
1 1/2 ounces of Plantation Pineapple Rum
1 1/2 ounces of pineapple juice
3/4 ounces of mango juice
3/4 ounces of Cointreau
Dash of orange bitters

Add all of the ingredients in the shaker and SHAKE! Then pour over a Collins glass filled with crushed ice, serve and enjoy! Garnish with a pineapple wedge and a pineapple leaf for #aestheticgoals! LOL!

FYI: This recipe makes one serving, OBVS!
